As the Operating Manager, Niyousha is responsible for operational support, including budgeting/forecasting, legal, risk management, and reporting analysis. She has a strong background in financial management and services.

Niyousha is an unashamed control freak when it comes to the big picture. Her mantra is: resolve the big issue and everything else falls into place. Niyousha believes that operation management involves more than domain expertise, and it requires more than experience in specific functions. It requires an end-to-end understanding of the value delivery system for the business—specifically where the value is added through a commitment to measurable performance and continuous improvement.

Niyousha came to IRONSHIELD from CIBC, where she held several financial positions. Her education includes Bachelor of Industrial Design (B.I.D) and a diploma in Finance and Accounting from Seneca College. She is also an ASQ Six Sigma Green Belt candidate.

Operations Manager by day; artist by night—Niyousha is an academically trained artist, passionate about archaeology, cultural heritage and history.
