2. The Assessment

• If you have the qualities and experience that we are looking for in a candidate, a recruiter will contact you to schedule a preliminary phone interview.

• Candidates should be ready to demonstrate their strengths during several conversations, typically including a phone screening, an initial interview with our recruiters, and one or more meetings with the hiring manager(s).

• Candidates may be asked to complete a written test, a personality assessment, and/or a background check.

3. The Decision
Once a hiring decision has been made, we will extend an offer to the successful candidate by telephone or in person. If you are not selected for a particular role after your interview, the hiring team will let you know.
