Niyousha is a strategy and operations leader with more than 16 years of experience across financial services, banking and business operations. As Director of Business Integration and a member of IRONSHIELD’s leadership team, she helps translate strategy into execution and ensures that people, processes, systems and priorities remain aligned as the organization grows.

Her work spans operating-model development, strategic initiatives, performance management, technology enablement, process improvement and cross-functional execution. She focuses on building the structure, governance and scalable operating practices that support both Head Office and IRONSHIELD’s growing network of IRONSHIELD Independent Practices.

Prior to IRONSHIELD, Niyousha held progressive leadership roles with CIBC, bringing large-enterprise banking experience together with a practical, entrepreneurial approach to scaling operations and strengthening business performance.
